Reduce heat build-up in large roof spaces with a powerful, solar-driven ventilator designed for demanding Australian conditions.
Bigger homes, dark-coloured roofs, and commercial buildings often hold on to heat well into the evening. This trapped warm air makes indoor areas uncomfortable and places an extra load on cooling systems.
The Solazone Ventura SV40 solar roof ventilator is built to clear that heat quickly and efficiently. With a high-performance 40W solar panel, a strong motor and a wide 500 mm venturi throat, it moves large volumes of hot air out of the roof cavity to help your space stay cooler without increasing energy costs.
The venturi-style base creates natural uplift, improving airflow and allowing the fan to expel heat more effectively. With a maximum airflow of 3660 m³/h, the SV40 suits homes up to around 300 m², along with stables, small warehouses, workshops and sheds where roof heat builds up rapidly.
Operating at 56 dB in full sun, it provides strong ventilation with low noise. The durable housing fits neatly on metal and tiled roofs and is available in standard black, with optional Colorbond® paint matching for a more integrated look.
This product listing is for the base ventilator unit only. The base unit includes the ventilator and the integrated 40W solar panel. Optional upgrades are sold separately and can be added as needed.
