For items over 25kg or marked as ‘Bulky Item’ on the product page, special delivery conditions apply. We recommend sending bulky items to a business address or local depot to avoid residential delivery surcharges. Home delivery is still available but may incur extra costs due to the size and weight of the item.
If help with off-loading is required and not available at your location, a tailgate truck will be arranged. Any extra charges for this service will be invoiced separately after delivery. The shipping price shown at checkout includes all standard delivery costs.

If you select Authority to Leave (ATL) at checkout, the courier will leave your parcel in a safe location. Please note that Eco Off Grid is not responsible for any loss or damage if ATL is selected.
