Found a lower price on the exact same item elsewhere? If it's within 7 days before or after your purchase from us, let us assist you! Simply send us an email at hello@ecooffgrid.com.au with evidence of the competitor’s advertised price. Once we confirm the price is genuine and the product is in stock, we will match that price, issue a store credit, or refund you the difference.
Exceptions to Our Guarantee
Please be aware that our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:
